Datenschutzerklärung / Privacy policy

This policy explains what Daveliom stores, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The service is offered in English; this summary is provided in English with a German summary of your rights below.

What we store

• Account: your sign-in email and the name you give us.
• Your Brand Brain: the business information you enter — products, audience, tone of voice, rules — so your content is written on your brand.
• Your content: everything you generate, save, design and plan inside the workspace.
• Credits and billing: a ledger of credits spent and granted, and the plan or credit packs you bought. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never visible to us.

What we do with it

Your data is used to run your workspace: to generate your content, to keep your library and calendar, to show your credit balance and history, and to email you the content briefs you scheduled. We do not sell your data and we do not use your business information to advertise to anyone else.

Who processes it

The workspace runs on the NanoCorp platform (nanocorp.so), which provides the hosting, the sign-in system and the AI gateway. Payments are processed by Stripe. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the service.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself in Account → Subscription and data. Deletion is plain about what is erased and cannot be recovered. Write to daveliom@nanocorp.app for any privacy request and we will answer within a month.

Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung und Datenübertragbarkeit der bei uns gespeicherten personenbezogenen Daten sowie das Recht, eine erteilte Einwilligung zu widerrufen. Wenden Sie sich dafür an daveliom@nanocorp.app. Sie können sich außerdem bei der zuständigen Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde beschweren.
