These terms describe how the Daveliom service works and what you can expect from us. Plainly: Daveliom is a workspace that creates, organizes, repurposes and plans marketing content for your business.

Account

You need an account to use the workspace. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. You can delete your account at any time.

Credits

Every generation costs credits. Plan credits refresh each month and do not roll over. One-time credit packs never expire. If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. A failed generation should never cost you anything.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in euro through a hosted checkout, with no yearly billing and no free trials. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, and unused pack credits remain yours. Prices are shown on the pricing page and never change mid-month without notice.

What Daveliom does not do

Daveliom does not post to social networks for you and does not auto-publish. It plans your content and hands each piece over — on the calendar and by email — and you post it yourself.

Acceptable use

Do not use Daveliom to create unlawful content, to infringe other people's rights, or to generate content intended to deceive. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Content and responsibility

You own the content you create here. Generated content is written for your business from your Brand Brain, but you remain responsible for reviewing it before you publish it. We provide the service as it is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability; if something breaks, a failed generation never costs credits.
